By purchasing any document from PolicyReadyUK, you agree to be bound by this End User Licence Agreement.
PolicyReadyUK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased document solely within your own organisation for the purpose of regulatory compliance. The licence is personal to the purchasing organisation as named at the point of purchase.
You may not: redistribute, resell, transfer, share, or publish any purchased document or its contents, in whole or in part, to any third party; use any purchased document as a template or basis for documents sold or provided to other organisations; remove or alter any watermark, licence statement, document ID, or copyright notice.
All documents remain the intellectual property of PolicyReadyUK. © PolicyReadyUK 2026. All rights reserved. Breach of this licence may constitute copyright infringement under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
PolicyReadyUK provides documents as professionally prepared templates only. We make no warranty that any document will ensure regulatory compliance, registration approval, or a satisfactory inspection outcome. All documents should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation.
PolicyReadyUK's total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the document in question. PolicyReadyUK accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind.
Due to the digital and personalised nature of our documents, refunds are not available once a PDF has been generated. If you experience a technical issue preventing PDF generation, please contact us within 24 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
When you purchase a document, we collect the agency details you enter into our forms (organisation name, address, staff names, registration numbers). Payment details are processed entirely by Stripe and are not stored by PolicyReadyUK.
Form data is used solely to personalise your purchased documents. Data entered into our forms is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. localStorage is used only to preserve your form data for up to 48 hours within your browser session.
As we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no data retention issue. localStorage entries expire automatically after 48 hours.
As we do not hold your personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, or erase on our systems. For any queries, contact us at info@policyreadyuk.co.uk.
PolicyReadyUK uses no tracking cookies. We use localStorage only to preserve your form data temporarily in your own browser. Stripe may use cookies as part of its payment processing — see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
